Overview London International Airport now ranks as the 12th busiest passenger airport in Canada and the 11th busiest airport as measured by aircraft take-offs and landings. The airport is the home to over 40 businesses and generates an economic impact to the area in excess of $220 million. Location London International Airport is located in the heart of Canada and Southern Ontario. On the eastern edge of the City of London, the Airport is 11 kilometres from the Downtown Central Business District. Direct highway access from Highway 401 links London International Airport to virtually all of southern Ontario. The Highway 401 link extends from Detroit to the west, through London and Toronto and onto Montreal to the east.

Personal exemptions allow you to bring goods of a certain value into the country without paying duties and taxes. Except for restricted items, you can bring back any amount of goods, as long as you are willing to pay the duties, taxes and any provincial or territorial assessments that apply. Parking London International Airport's parking lot is a modern secure facility conveniently located close to the Air Terminal Building. The parking lot is open 24 hours per day with both an attendant and an automated pay station. The parking lot holds approximately 600 vehicles and is illuminated during night hours. Cash, debit cards, Visa and MasterCard are accepted methods of payment.
Limousine Service Checker Limousine and Airport Service is "London's alternative to taxis". Professional, well-dressed drivers and comfortable luxury sedans provide that extra touch of class at rates very comparable to traditional taxi service. Checker Limousine operates 24 hours a day and accepts all major credit cards. Checker cars are available at the Limousine Stand located at the north end of the Terminal Building.
Car Rental Service The London International Airport has four car rental franchises who offer a full range of vehicles including luxury cars, mini vans and sport utility vehicles. Vehicles specially equipped for persons with disabilities are available, please give 48 hours notice to the car rental company for this service.
